Kobotik Corp is building its US sales engine and is looking for a Bilingual Sales / Business Development professional (English / French) based in Florida, focused exclusively on the US market.

This is a performance-driven role.
You are paid to close deals and generate revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and close new US B2B clients
  • Sell IT consulting & AI solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle (lead β†’ close)
  • Build and manage a US-focused pipeline
  • Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, founders, and executives
  • Drive measurable revenue growth for Kobotik US

Required Profile

  • Florida resident (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English and French (professional level required)
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (IT, consulting, SaaS, tech)
  • Strong hunter mindset, deal-oriented
  • Comfortable with commission-driven compensation
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation (Performance-Based – Florida)

  • Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 USD
  • Uncapped commissions
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 – $180,000+
